Ryan Melville

Ryan Melville was born and raised in the Phoenix Area, his work career began back in 1995 at the age of 15. He started working at a local computer store as an afterhours “janitor”. After about 3 months of observing the technicians bulding computers, he put down the broom and started putting together his first computer. It didn’t take long for his peers to realize that cleaningup was not where I belong.

After graduating High School in 1998, he attended Devry University in pursuit of a degree in computer programming. After a year of programming, he knew this was not what he would enjoy doing for his career.

He hooked with with a group from Scottsdale and began working for Work In Sports as a web developer. This is where Ryan learned most of the skills he uses today while integrating the WIS technology with various sports organizations through the US.

After his time with Work In Sports, Ryan Melville went out on his own and started a small electronic distribution company focusing mainly on cell phones and gaming consuls. The market began to shift and it was difficult to compete with the “Big Boys”. This is when Ryan met Desiree and began the “family” life. With a baby on the way, he decided to take a giant leap forward and got his Real Estate License in May 2007.

Ryan Melville Gets Into Real Estate

After getting his license, Ryan Melville was ready to sell a ton of homes… well, no one told him that the Phoenix Real Market was starting to explode, and not in a good way. After selling 1 home in the first 3 months, he knew he had to do something… fast… Thinking back to what skills he had, it was web design that came natural to him, not door knocking in 115 degree weather. Ryan Melville began to put together niche websites, all of which are still up and running today. As the leads started coming, as did the out-of-state buyers, mostly from Canada. They were here to make their dream come true of owning either a 2nd home or a home for investment purposes, both of which make Arizona a highly soughtafter location.

After being licensed for about 9 months, Ryan Melville brought in his first team member, Amy Nelson. Amy has been in Real Estate for over 12 years. Amy has been ranked in the top of her market center for buyer agents. The prides herself on making relationships, not just for the duration of your house hunt, but for a long time after that. From there, Crystal Nicely joined the team to work with clients looking to buy homes in the North and West part of Phoenix.

Ryan Melville (outside of Work)

• Spending time with his family and friends. Most of his family also lives in the Phoenix Area
• Watching Sports… he is too small to play 
• Exploring new technology. You can find Ryan lined up hours before the release of major electronics. It is great bonding time for him and his father
• Thinking of great inventions that will change the world (nothing has been produced yet)
